Bright Community Services aims to provide patients with alternatives to the traditional living arrangements that are typically implemented and associated with disability care, such as residential care, through person-centered care delivered in the home and community.
Through these home and community-based services, we endeavor to optimally address the functional limitations of individuals who need assistance with their everyday routine activities.
We serve individuals with disabilities and those ages 65 and older. We can also accommodate those who are in Medicaid waiver programs such as Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Developmental Disabilities (DD), and Elderly Waiver/Alternatives Care Program (EW/AC).
